Emergency Communications Network (ECN) has acquired One Call Now’s Government Emergency Center / 911 clients, adding them to the thousands of ECN client communities nationwide.
One Call Now (OCN) specializes in communication solutions for businesses, education and non-profit groups, delivering “Messages That Matter” to inform and engage regularly with staff, families and members of their organizations globally.
A new partnership program between the two firms will assure that both company’s respective clients and prospects will get the ideal services and tools that best fit their needs. This acquisition allows both ECN and OCN to focus on their respective core competencies.

The acquisition further strengths ECN’s leadership position in the citizen notification business helping the company to strategically focus and concentrate on servicing government agencies.
