The ECN executive team arrives onsite and is ready for the interior demolition of the new corporate headquarters

Emergency Communications Network’s (ECN) executive team put on their demolition gear and really got to work as ECN began demolition this week on the interior of our new corporate headquarters. The new office is located just around the corner from our current location in Ormond Beach, FL.

ECN, a mass notification system provider, has selected Daytona Beach-based Commercial Construction Inc. as general contractor to lead the project after a competitive bid was selected.

Following a permit approval by the City of Ormond Beach last week, a demolition crew is currently onsite, and has begun the removal of several walls and ceilings on the second floor. Demolition is expected to take approximately two weeks and construction will begin after architectural plans have been approved by the City.

After building remodeling, ECN anticipates transitioning staff at its three current facilities in the Airport Road Business Park beginning in late February 2014. The new building will accommodate the growing company that is continuing to aggressively recruit local talent to fill various positions, including software developers and engineers, sales representatives, client support and administrative roles.
