Emergency Communications Network (ECN), the nation’s largest and most preferred high-speed mass notification system provider, has entered into a new marketing agreement with the Kentucky County Judge/Executive Association. The Kentucky County Judge/Executive Association serves to provide a single source of cooperative support and information for all county judge/executives.
The new agreement will allow ECN the opportunity to partner with the Association to provide emergency notification services to Kentuckycounties. “It is ECN’s privilege to partner with and support the Kentucky County Judge/Executive Association. We look forward for the opportunity to provide our mass notification solutions to counties inKentucky that will enhance the way they communicate with their constituents,” said David DiGiacomo, President of ECN.
Before an agreement is signed, the Association researches to determine which businesses and organizations best suit the needs of their counties. Companies must be financially stable, maintain good standing relationships with existing Kentucky counties where applicable and exhibit high ethical and moral business practices to sustain the company’s long-term success. During the selection process, the Association contacted counties currently being served by ECN to ensure system efficiency and reliability for those counties requesting similar services.
“We look forward to part nering with ECN to provide these much needed services to our counties so they may protect and inform the citizens ofKentucky,” said Vince Lang, Executive Director of the Kentucky County Judge/Executive Association.
The letter of intent, in addition ECN’s recent acquisition of Government Emergency Center / 911 clients that utilized a competing firm’s hardware based mapping solution, further strengthens ECN’s expertise in the mass notification business as a whole and will allow the company to strategically focus its concentration on servicing government agencies. ECN has more than a decade of experience in the mass notification industry, and currently services clients in all 50 states, as well as several client communities in Canada.
