ECN is closely monitoring the path of Tropical Storm Andrea as it churns off the west coast of Florida. National Hurricane Center forecasters predict a turn toward the northeast with an additional increase in forward speed later today. The storm is expected to cause large accumulations of rain to coastal areas.
