There are many ways to use your CodeRED mass notification system this Fourth of July to ensure a safe and incident free holiday. Some will be general notifications, while others may be deemed as emergency and life safety messages; both will provide your citizens with the information that they need to be safe and informed.
When sending out community informational messages, always remember to send them out to the CodeRED Mobile Alert app. Remember, the alert app can be used for both general and emergency messages. For planned events, take time to set up event staff groups into relevant notification groups within CodeRED for quick and easy access. Also consider using some of the other functional tools within your system, such as Quick Launch, Quick Text, Team Builder and even the ECN Launcher app for those enabled to access the new and exciting tool.
