When looking for a notification solution, it can be tough to sort through the various options and arrays of features to figure out how one solution really compares to another. If you’ve ever been through this process, you know how important an unbiased report can be. That’s why we’re so thrilled about the release of the recent 2014 Gartner report, Magic Quadrant for U.S. Emergency/Mass Notification Services.
A good reason to rely on reports like this is that Gartner does not endorse any vendor, product or service depicted in its research publications, and does not advise technology users to select only those vendors with the highest ratings. The report focuses on enterprise-level offerings, and ranks the most competitive vendors in the U.S. Those that they rank as “Leaders” have products that work well for Gartner clients in midsize and large deployments. They excel in the combination of market understanding, product features and functions, and overall viability as a firm. Their EMNS products are well known to clients, and are frequently found on RFP shortlists, have presence at tradeshows, publish market-related white papers and conduct webinars.
The report is much more than just a ranking of vendors. It explores the value of emergency/mass notification and gives readers an idea of what to look for in a notification platform, as well as what to look out for. MIR3 has participated in two such reports and in both cases has landed in the Leaders quadrant. To find out why Intelligent Notification is a leader, you’ll want to read the whole story.
