Chip Bush has been with The Coca-Cola Company for nearly 30 years. A seasoned communicator embedded in the Strategic Security function, he currently serves as Manager, Business Assurance & Metrics. He is the system administrator for various company platforms, including global incident management, emergency notifications and executive protection. He is also involved with the emerging use of artificial intelligence for enhanced internal client experiences. This session will focus on the key issues and challenges in implementing and sustaining a successful global crisis management program. With a panel of experienced practitioners, including Alfred Sly from ExxonMobil, this discussion will detail important but sometimes overlooked considerations when rolling out a crisis communication and management program in multiple countries. ‘Sly’ was a key contributor in implementing a global mass notification system for critical worldwide communications within ExxonMobil which consisted of more than 100,000 contacts in over 80 countries. Any organization with current or planned locations outside of their headquartered country will benefit from the experiences shared in this interactive discussion.

OnSolve will be hosting this exciting event in Room #222, an amphitheater at The Georgia Tech Learning Center. This lovely event space provides ample space for class sessions, a large atrium for buffet networking luncheon and also opens on to a courtyard for outdoor dining.
