Joliet Junior College Adopts MIR3 Emergency Notification Platform
Extensive Experience Working With Institutions of Higher Education Solidifies Contract Win
SAN DIEGO (July 1, 2008) – MIR3, Inc., the leader in intelligent notification solutions for global enterprises, today announced that Joliet Junior College (JJC) has awarded the company a contract to be the official emergency notification platform for its Main Campus in Joliet, Ill., and its extended campuses and extension centers . JJC is one of many colleges and universities that have signed on with MIR3 in the last 12 months in response to highly publicized campus emergencies, including the deaths of five students during a shooting rampage at Northern Illinois University in February.
