By taking into account the existing culture—the combination of beliefs, attitudes, values and other elements that give an organization its personality—it’s possible to increase the level of preparedness throughout the organization. If or when the company suffers interruption, this preparedness will keep staff pulling together for the same goal, giving the organization the best possible chance to survive with the least amount of loss. In the webinar, three BC/DR experts will share their experience and understanding to help in building this sense of preparedness throughout organization.
