SAN DIEGO (May 29, 2008) – MIR3, Inc. – the leading provider of Intelligent Notification systems for global enterprises – announced today that it has been selected as a finalist in the 6th Annual Stevie® Awards. The prestigious American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business.

MIR3’s President and CEO, Amir Moussavian, was chosen as a finalist in the award category, “Best Executive of a Computer Software Company,” by the American Business Association’s Board of Distinguished Judges and Advisors. The company is also a contender for the “Most Innovative Company” award out of a pool of leading businesses nationwide. Created to honor and recognize the efforts, accomplishments and positive contributions of companies and businesspeople worldwide, the Stevie Awards have raised the profile of exemplary companies and individuals among the press, business community and general public.

MIR3 competed against more than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in nearly every industry that submitted nominations for consideration in more than 40 categories. As a finalist, MIR3 has already earned two certificates of “Finalist Recognition,” warranting the company national accreditation and possibly two Stevie Awards.

“We are honored and delighted to be considered for such a reputable award in the business community,” said Moussavian. “Earning this acknowledgment would further validate MIR3’s advanced notification solutions as a must-have for global enterprises looking to streamline communication and safeguard against a crisis or disaster strike.”

All finalists are listed on the Stevie Awards Web site, and the official winners will be announced at the 2008 awards dinner and presentation at New York’s Marriott Marquis Hotel on Thursday, June 12, 2008. More than 600 executives from across the country are expected to attend, and the ceremonies will be broadcast on radio stations nationwide by the Business TalkRadio Network.

The Stevie has become one of the world’s most coveted awards, governed by a Board of Distinguished Judges and Advisors that features many of the leading figures in American business. The Awards honor individuals, companies, teams, products, advertising, and other forms of corporate media in dozens of categories.
