With the addition of these two senior level executives, MIR3 brings depth to its existing team of leaders further enhancing its technological innovations that provide secure communication platforms for enterprises, educational institutions, and government organizations worldwide.

As vice president of engineering, McLellan is charged with overseeing MIR3’s software development and network operations teams—managing the creation and deployment of MIR3’s patented inEnterprise™ and TelAlert® software used for business continuity and disaster recovery messaging, IT alerting, and emergency management, among other applications. McLellan has more than two decades of experience in the high-tech industry and brings a strong engineering pedigree and wealth of knowledge to MIR3. Prior to MIR3, he held numerous executive-level positions for companies including Glynlyon, Inc., GeoMark, and Enosys Software. McLellan holds an A.B. degree from Bowdoin College and studied ethics at Bangor Theological Seminary.
Supervision of the product management and professional services departments is Robert Fink’s primary responsibility as vice president of platform technologies. This includes leading the development and implementation of MIR3’s product roadmap and providing customers with strategic consultation services to help them accelerate business growth. Fink—a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of software engineering experience—comes to MIR3 from Skylight Healthcare Systems, where he served as director of software development and was responsible for spearheading an estimated $4 million revenue stream for the company’s next generation flagship product. He received an M.B.A. in strategy and management from McGill University and a B.S. in computer information systems from the University of Delaware.
