Webinar explores how to increase and improve notification response in order to provide critical information for incident management

The webinar, Hello? Is anyone out there?, addresses the persistent problem of lack of response to notifications. The webinar takes place on July 16, 2014 and will provide insight by business continuity and disaster response (BC/DR) expert and COO of MIR3, Ann Pickren.
No matter which tool is employed, when a notification or important message is delivered, recipients need a way to respond. Their response confirms the message has been received and also may indicate they are safe or need assistance, confirm that directions have been received and understood, verify that action is being taken or myriad other responses. If a response mechanism is provided but recipients don’t use it, administrators are left without critical data that could effectively inform next steps. The reasons for lackluster response can be simple or complex, and this webinar will provide a variety of best practices and techniques to improve response rates no matter what the impediment.
