Veritas Capital (Veritas), a leading private equity investment firm, today announced that an affiliate of Veritas has acquired Emergency Communications Network (ECN), a national provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) -based unified critical communications, from The Riverside Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1996, ECN provides its customers across the United States and Canada with easy-to-use, reliable and affordable software solutions which facilitate critical communication and collaboration with use cases that save lives, enhance revenue and reduce costs. ECN has over 2,200 customers, including leading organizations in the government, technology, healthcare, utility, aerospace, industrial, manufacturing and financial services sectors.
