Who is OnSolve?

OnSolve enables government and business clients to send emergency communications and mass notifications to individuals or groups using lists, locations, departments, functions, or other types of classifications. The company’s comprehensive set of notification platforms, consisting of MIR3, Send Word Now, CodeRED, SmartNotice, and One Call Now, help connect people to the information they need before, during and after emergency or non-emergency events occur.

OnSolve has the longest history in the mass notification and collaboration space and was one of the original pioneers in the industry. The company began as Emergency Communications Network (ECN), which grew rapidly both organically, as well as through the acquisition of other market leaders like MIR3 and Send Word Now. As ECN evolved, it became important to combine all products and companies under a single entity that is always on, helping to solve critical issues for each customer: OnSolve.

What is your support model?

MIR3, provides a single mobile application offering a convenient and easy way to send, receive, respond to and track emergency and operational alerts via smartphones.

The CodeRED Mobile Alert app enables public safety officials to deliver real-time emergency, community, missing person and severe weather alerts to users within the exact area of impact. Residents can also use the application to review all active alerts across the country at any given time, improving their situational awareness via geo-targeted push notifications when your device is detected to be within an area of impact.
