OnSolve understands the vital importance of our services to your organization in times of critical communication. As concerns about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (“COVID-19”) continue to escalate around the world, we wanted to inform you of the actions we are taking to ensure the continuity of our services should the impact of COVID-19 increase.
OnSolve will continue to actively monitor the spread of COVID-19 to enable us to respond to this rapidly evolving situation so that our services remain available and our personnel remain safe and healthy.
OnSolve’s Continuity Program.
OnSolve, which is certified under both ISO 27001 and SOC 2, is following its Business Continuity Program, including its Pandemic Plan, in response to the spread of COVID-19. We review this Program at least annually and perform exercises throughout the year for different scenarios including workforce outage.
Under our Program, we have activated a COVID-19 Situational Task Force which will actively provide leadership and guidance to ensure the continuity of our services and the health and safety of our personnel.
Ensuring Continuity of OnSolve Operations.
To ensure we can continue to provide the high level of service you have always experienced from OnSolve, we have designed our critical operations to be geographically dispersed and to offer redundancy across personnel and infrastructure. This enables us to have adequate critical personnel available to operate remotely should any of our locations be directly impacted by COVID-19.
Specific Actions Taken by OnSolve.
COVID-19 Task Force. We have activated a COVID-19 Situational Task Force to provide our organization with leadership and guidance on the virus and its impact. The Task Force meets regularly to monitor and review developments and recommendations from various health agencies, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Public Health Service and the World Health Organization.
Healthy and Clean Work Environment. We have instituted a Healthy and Clean Work Environment for all offices, including educating our personnel and planning to ensure that our critical employees have the ability to effectively work remotely should the need arise.
Geographically Diverse Environments. We operate our services out of geographically diverse locations worldwide and have provided guidance to our employee base on our pandemic contingency plan. We also use multiple service providers including data centers, voice carriers and SMS aggregators throughout the world and have confirmed with each their pandemic plans and ability to support the continuity of our services at time of need.
