To help aid in our services and products, OnSolve uses certain subprocessors and subcontractors.
What is a subprocessor and subcontractor?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a subprocessor is any business or contractor who may, on the behalf of OnSolve, process customer data.
Governance:
OnSolve performs due diligence on all subprocessors and subcontractors upon onboarding and at least annually thereafter. In general, OnSolve requires that third party service providers match OnSolve’s strong technical, administrative, and physical controls.
Additionally, OnSolve validates that provisions for breach notification, and necessary security measures for data protection are added to contracts. OnSolve ensures that data is never sold or reused by these subprocessors.
