OnSolve Strengthens Executive Team with Key Hires

New executives join OnSolve team from top-tier organizations

ORMOND BEACH, FL, MAY 7, 2020 – OnSolve, the leading global provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based mass notification and critical communication solutions for enterprise, mass market, and government organizations, today announced the addition of three new executives to their leadership team – John Herbst as its Chief Legal Officer, Jeff Szaronos, as its Chief Customer Officer and Bruce Duner as its Chief Financial Officer. Together they bring extensive experience and accomplishments into their positions to drive strategic growth and uplift OnSolve’s high-performance culture.

John Herbst joins the company in the newly created position of Chief Legal Officer with over 20 years of experience leading legal and other functions at public and privately held companies and major law firms. At OnSolve, Herbst will be leveraging his experience in commercial and technology transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, and information security. In this role, Herbst will lead OnSolve’s in-house legal and information security teams and will provide direction on major legal and regulatory issues while minimizing legal risks.

Jeff Szaronos brings over 25 years of experience across customer experience, support operations, services, and acquisition integration into the newly created position of Chief Customer Officer. Szaronos has managed multi-site teams domestically and globally, providing 24/7 support in a wide variety of environments. In this role, Szaronos will deliver expanded services to OnSolve customers including customer support, upgrade services, training and educational services, implementations and project management services, and a strong focus on customer experience.

Bruce Duner joins the OnSolve team as Chief Financial Officer with a 30-year track record of leadership in creating and transforming business strategy into success. Duner will lead the company’s accounting, financial planning & analysis, facilities, and internal systems teams. In this role, Duner will focus on maximizing enterprise value while ensuring the company’s strategy and investments align to best serve customers.
