Mobile Alert App
The CodeRED Mobile Alert app provides advanced, real-time, location-specific alerts designed to keep residents and visitors informed and safe as they travel across the United States and Canada. Public safety officials initiate notifications via phone, email and/or text. Messages can include text and audio and feature a map with the location of the warning area. The free mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

The CodeRED Launcher app gives authorized users the ability to create and send new or saved scenario notifications directly from their smartphone or tablet. The solution is ideal for use in the field or for ad hoc community and staff alerts, enabling authorized personnel to start and stop critical message campaigns from any device, select desired notification modes, and even view statistics upon completion of your alerts.

Provides residents with a simple and fast way to register for community alerts. A program that provides a mobile-friendly registration process for residents by simply texting the keyword associated with their city to 99411. A direct link will allow them to register for CodeRED alerts in their area.
Text to Keyword
Send targeted notifications to subscription groups regarding an event (festival or parade), incident (police activity or active natural disaster) or other (traffic or construction). Residents can elect to subscribe by texting a customized keyword to 99411.
